Necip: There are a number of things that I feel strongly about. First is meeting our commitments to each other internally for everything as well as to our investors and customers. Open communication has always been dear to my heart. Our assumptions need to be challenged by employees.

Mark: The corporate culture of Intersil I think is very collaborative. You know that's one of the very positive aspects of the culture that I recognized very early on, in joining the company.

Necip: I want Intersil to have an employee base that has a strong will to win.

Michelle: We have a lot of competitors. If you don't have this will to win, you would probably say, Okay, TI got this. Then we'd have no chance, but we do. We have to find our own edge and the differentiation from our competitors.

Roger: What I witnessed as far as the culture is, it's an organization that is really committed to their customers, to winning in the marketplace and to the people in the company. I think Intersil uniquely understands that it is about the people. It is about investing in the people to give you the solutions in order to win in the marketplace.
