Anil Somireddy: Working at Intersil is an advantage for any engineer because of, it's the talent pool that we have in the Intersil currently and the exposure we are going to get when we are in Intersil.

Emil Chen: They brought me over for an interview, I met with the team, and I really enjoyed talking to several designers there. They really impressed me.

Necip Sayiner: I feel strongly about having high caliber talent as part of our team.

Andy Cowell: It's extremely important for a technology company to keep its workforce refreshed and dynamic, and in order to do that, you really have to bring in new, fresh people that can learn from the experience we have and keep the company going, moving forward.

Necip Sayiner: Intersil has good resources that can mentor new additions to the team.

Anil Somireddy: After coming to Intersil, I got a good opportunity to work on a full product cycle. As of today, I can easily say I can manage a product life cycle, come from the specifications, to the characterization and release of the product to the market. As in which, when I started, I was a pure design engineer. That's what speaks about the Intersil exposure to different fields.

Dhanajay Singh: Intersil is a company, not too big, not too small. It kind of gives you both chance of growth and balance, so that kind of gives you opportunity to show your caliber and capability, and you find your own path. That is the best thing I like.

Emil Che: It's a very nurturing environment. If you come in with the right attitude, you can actually learn quite a bit. Learning analog controls, it's taught at the university, but it's not something that you can really apply right off the bat from what you've learned. It was really helpful for me to come into a very well established team, and then kind of expand and innovate with those base techniques.

Roger Wendelken: Before I came to Intersil, what I saw was a company in a growing market of semiconductors that's vitally important, and a wide range of customers. I feel stronger than ever about the position of Intersil and our ability to be successful in the market. And it is a great place to work. I could not be happier.

Michael Ogier: When you go to the store, you know, you can point out to your family and friends that, "You know, I've got a chip in that tablet, in that TV," and it's something tangible.

Anil Somireddy:It is amazing, the moment you see your product in electronics, which you may be using. That's an amazing feeling. My part is there in that product.

Michelle Liu: We go to a retailer store, we find the products and we know that we have a part inside, we get excited. So knowing we are one of the vendors in the best products, that really excite us.

Dhanajay Singh: A lot of pride and self respect you feel, that you worked on that product and it is in the market. So when you go to any computer shop and you see a motherboard, you see Intersil logo on the chips, so you feel proud you are working for Intersil.
