What parts are available to be ordered direct online?
Throughout the Intersil web site, this icon  indicates that the part is available for online direct ordering via a credit card. Only in-stock inventory is offered for online sales at this time.
Please Note: Radiation hardened parts are not available for online sales to ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations. Please click here for a list of Intersil sales reps and sales offices.
What is the minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size. If you need a few (<5) parts to sample, you may request free samples using the Intersil Sample Request page.
What options do I have if I need a quantity larger than what's available in stock?
At this time, Intersil offers online direct ordering only for stock which is currently available. If a greater quantity is needed, click the  button from within the shopping cart, then click on the Distributor Stock Check  button.
When I click on "View Cart", I receive the message "There are no items currently in your cart". What happened to the items I added to my cart?
Items added to your Intersil shopping cart will be deleted after 1 hour of no shopping cart activity or when your browser window is closed.
The part I want isn't available for direct online ordering, how can I purchase the part?
You may be able to purchase this part from one of our distributors. This button will take you to a list of Intersil distributors and available stock. Click here for a list of Intersil sales reps and sales offices.
How can I request free samples?
A limited number of free samples are available using the Intersil Sample Request page. Also, throughout the site, this icon  indicates which parts are available. Or will take you to a list of available parts. Or, click here to contact your local sales rep.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I order parts without creating a sign-on account?
No. A sign-on account is required as E-mail confirmations are delivered following an order being created and once the order has shipped.
What if I don't have (or don't want to provide) an E-mail address?
All communications regarding your order are provided via E-mail, including order and shipment confirmations as well as FedEx tracking information. If an incorrect E-mail address is entered, communications via E-mail cannot be provided.
Will my credit card be charged at time of order placement or order shipment?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of order shipment.
When can I expect to receive my parts?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. For urgent requests we recommend choosing FedEx Standard Overnight shipment (US Only) on the Shipment Summary page.
How do I track the status of my order?
Click here to access the shopping cart, sign in, then click on "View Order Status and History".
How do I cancel an order?
Click here to send an E-mail to Customer Service. Your request will be addressed within 1 business day.
Can I modify an existing order?
Once your order is completed, any changes need to be addressed with Customer Service.
What is Intersil's return policy?
All direct online sales are considered NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable). If you believe you have received defective parts and wish to transact a Warranty Return, please refer to Article 10 of Intersil's Terms and Conditions of Sale for the return procedure.
How is Intersil ensuring that my contact and credit card information is secure?
All transactions are being passed using HTTPS SSL (secure socket layers). Note: For security purposes, credit card information must be re-entered upon each visit to the shopping cart.
