What parts are available for online samples?
Throughout the Intersil web site, this icon indicates that the part is available for online sample ordering. If you do not see this icon, please click here for a list of Intersil sales reps and sales offices.
What is the maximum number of samples I can request?
You may request up to 2 pieces of each sample part.
What options do I have if I need a larger quantity?
If a greater quantity is needed, try one of the following:

- If this button
appears next to the part, it may be available from one of our distributors. Click on the button to view available inventory and links to distributor web pages.

The part I want isn't available for online samples, can I purchase the part?
If this button appears next to the part, the part is available for online ordering directly from Intersil using a credit card.

Can I request samples without registering?
No. A sign-on account is required as E-mail confirmations are delivered when the request is made, when an order is created and when the order ships.
What if I don't have (or don't want to provide) an E-mail address?
All communications regarding your sample request are provided via E-mail, including order and shipment confirmations. If an incorrect E-mail address is entered, communications via E-mail cannot be provided. If these E-mail communications are undeliverable, the sample request will be cancelled.
When can I expect to receive my parts?
If Intersil has inventory available, sample requests are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
If inventory is not immediately available, samples are shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
I registered, but I get an error that I need to confirm my E-mail address. How do I confirm my E-mail address?
When you register, you should receive an email from productinfo@intersil.com with the subject line "Intersil Registration Confirmation". You must click on a link in that email to confirm your email address. If you do not receive that email within a few minutes of registering, make sure the email isn't in your junk mail folder and that intersil.com is part of your safe sender's list.
How do I track the status of my request?
Click here to access the samples order/shipment status page. Sign in, then enter the sample reference number and part number from your samples request confirmation email.
How do I cancel a request?
Click here to send an E-mail to Customer Service. Since requests for samples are typically processed within one business day, you must notify Customer Service of your desire to cancel the request immediately.
Can I modify an existing request?
Click here to send an E-mail to Customer Service. If your request has not been shipped, they may be able to modify the request.
What is Intersil's return policy?
All sample orders are considered NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable). If you believe you have received defective parts and wish to report, please click here to send email to PSamples@intersil.com.
