Intersil's first new precision converters for industrial applications
The ISL26132/26134 are easy-to-use, low-noise 24-bit delta-sigma type A/D Converters which feature a unique combination of excellent noise performance, ease of use, and low cost. The onboard high-performance programmable gain amplifier (PGA) assures measurement accuracy, as high as 21.6 bits noise-free resolution. Following the 4th-order digital filter which provides 120dB 50/60Hz noise rejection, data is accessed through a simple SPI-compatible interface. All functions are pin-programmed and no firmware is required. The ISL26132/26134 are specified for operation over the full -40°C - +85°C temperature range and are available in popular 24 and 28-lead TSSOP packages. More>>
