Jonathan Kennedy
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Kennedy is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation. He was appointed to this position in April 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Kennedy served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from December 2008 to April 2009. He also served as Intersil's Corporate Controller from December 2005 - April 2009. Mr. Kennedy joined Intersil in June 2004 as a Finance Director. Prior to joining Intersil, he held management roles in finance and IT with Alcon, Inc. and Harris Corporation.
Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
