Space and Harsh Environment Products

Intersil's history and experience in the space and defense industries span almost six decades beginning with the founding of Radiation, Inc. in 1950. Today, Intersil continues to support and release new SMD, /883, and Class-V/Q radiation hardened products for the Defense, Hi-Reliability, and Space marketplaces. All Intersil SMD products are MIL-PRF-38535/QML compliant and are 100% burned in. By leveraging off of Intersil's latest technology for the consumer marketplace, Intersil's Hi-Reliability/Space products group is releasing Enhanced Products on the VID DSCC flow and Class V/Q products that are revolutionizing the Hi-Reliability and Space marketplaces.
