Description

The ISL26312/14/15/19 family of sampling SAR-type ADCsfeature excellent linearity over supply and temperaturevariations, and offer versions with 4- and 8-channel single-endedinputs, and 2- and 4-channel differential inputs.
A proprietary input multiplexer reduces the input driverequirements, resulting in lower cost and reduced board space.Specified measurement accuracy is maintained with inputsignals up to VDD.
Members of the ISL26312/14/15/19 family of Low-Power ADCsoffer pinout intercompatibility, differing only in the analog inputs,to support quick replication of proven layouts across multipledesign platforms. The entire family is also pin-compatible withthe ISL264XX 14-bit, 125/250kSPS series, offering a seamlessperformance upgrade path.
The serial digital interface is SPI compatible and is easilyinterfaced to all popular FPGAs and microcontrollers. Powerdissipation is limited to 11mW at a sampling rate of 125kSPS,and just 8μA (typical, Auto Power-down mode) betweenconversions.
The ISL26312/14/15/19 feature up to 5kV Human Body ModelESD survivability and are available in the popular TSSOPpackage. Performance is specified for operation over the fullindustrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
