Description
The Intersil HCTS153MS is a Radiation Hardened dual 4-to-1 line selector/multiplexer which selects one of four sources for each section by the common select inputs, S0 and S1. When the enable inputs (E1, 2E) are high, the outputs are in the low logic state.
The HCTS153MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology to achieve high-speed operation. This device is a member of radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family. The HCTS153MS is supplied in a 16 lead Ceramic flatpack (K suffix) or a SBDIP Package (D suffix).
