According to the Consumer Electronics Association’s™ (CEA) May 2011 research, “Nine in ten consumers say sound quality is the most important component of an audio experience” (ranking above compelling content). Furthermore, additional studies shocked industry experts by revealing that 73% of consumers are willing to pay more for high quality audio. It turns out that the appeal of high quality audio electronics extends beyond the audio enthusiast (34%).to consumers with a moderate interest in audio (39%) stating they are willing to pay more for high quality in assorted audio electronics devices.
