Description
The ISL55036 is a hex, rail-to-rail output, fixed gain amplifier (G = 4) with a -3dB bandwidth of 400MHz and slew rate of 2500V/µs into a 150Ω load. The ISL55036 features single supply operation over a voltage range of 3VDC to 5.5VDC. The inputs are capable of sensing ground with an output swing of VCC - 0.3V into a 150Ω load tied to V+/2. The part includes a fast-acting global disable/power-down circuit. The ISL55036 is available in a 24 Ld TQFN package. Operation is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
