In addition to SoundSuite features, our Digital Audio Engine also supports an assortment of specialized audio processing algorithms including Excursion Control, a specialized audio algorithm that dynamically controls audio based on frequency and level. Used in the audio paths for subwoofers, Excursion Control boosts the low frequency response to compensate for physically-limited low-frequency capabilities of small subwoofers at low listening levels, while dynamically adjusting its boost as listening levels rise, enabling an optimum sub-woofer listening experience at all loudness levels.
