Xicor® Announces Precision 2.5V FGA™ Voltage References

-- New X60008-25 Family Features ±0.5mV Accuracy, 3 ppm/°C Temp-Co and 500nA ISUPPLY


MILPITAS, California – May 12, 2004 – Xicor, Inc. (NASDAQ: XICO), a leading supplier of high performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, today announced new 2.5V additions to its rapidly expanding line of ultra low power precision voltage references. The X60008-25 family of voltage references feature guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±0.5mV, temperature coefficients as tight as 3 ppm/°C and 10 ppm/1,000 Hrs long-term stability. In addition, the X60008-25 family consumes only 500 nA of supply current.

The X60008BIS8-25, X60008CIS8-25 and X60008DIS8-25 in 8-lead SOIC are now available off the shelf with 1k unit prices starting at $6.15, $4.55, and $3.15 respectively.
