The book provides technical detail of Intersils Power products. It demonstrates the companys expertise in understanding Power applications and presents technical briefs on Surface Mount soldering guidelines as well as Thermal Resistance characteristics. Intersils 10 MOSFET families are represented in the publication, including N-Channel and P-Channel devices, Logic level MOSFETs, Small Outline Packages, Complementary Pairs, Dual Die and Hermetic Package Power MOSFETs.
