Intersil Unveils Power MOSFET Databook

— Product datasheets now available in single reference book

PALM BAY, FL, May 8, 2000 — Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL), a leading provider of Power Management solutions that enable integrated communications devices, today issued a new Data Book detailing its line of Power Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) products.

The book provides technical detail of Intersil’s Power products. It demonstrates the company’s expertise in understanding Power applications and presents technical briefs on Surface Mount soldering guidelines as well as Thermal Resistance characteristics. Intersil’s 10 MOSFET families are represented in the publication, including N-Channel and P-Channel devices, Logic level MOSFETs, Small Outline Packages, Complementary Pairs, Dual Die and Hermetic Package Power MOSFETs.
