Intersil to Announce Second Quarter Earnings on July 24

IRVINE, Calif., July 11, 2002 -- Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) has scheduled a conference call to discuss the company's second quarter financial results on Wednesday, July 24 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific/4:30 p.m. Eastern. Intersil's President and CEO Rich Beyer and Chief Financial Officer Dan Heneghan will provide details on the company's second quarter financial performance and an outlook for the third quarter of 2002.
