Intersil to Announce Fourth Quarter Earnings on January 29

IRVINE, Calif., January 22, 2002 -- Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) has scheduled a conference call to discuss the company's fourth quarter financial results on Tuesday, January 29, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific/4:30 p.m. Eastern.
