Intersil to Announce Fourth Quarter Earnings on January 23

— Company to discuss financial results via conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern/1:30 p.m. Pacific

IRVINE, Calif. — January 18, 2000 &3151; Intersil Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) has scheduled a conference call to discuss the company’s fourth quarter financial results on Tuesday, January 23, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific/4:30 p.m. Eastern. Greg Williams, Intersil President and CEO, and Dan Heneghan, Chief Financial Officer, will provide details on the company’s fourth quarter financial performance and an outlook for the first quarter of 2001.
