Intersil to Announce First Quarter Earnings on April 25

— Company to discuss financial results via conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern/1:30 p.m. Pacific

IRVINE, Calif. – April 20, 2001 – Intersil Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) has scheduled a conference call to discuss the company’s first quarter financial results on Wednesday, April 25, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific/4:30 p.m. Eastern.
