Intersil Prices Follow-On Public Offering
11,000,000 Shares of Class A Common Stock Priced at $48. per share
IRVINE, Calif., September 14, 2000 Intersil Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) today announced that it has priced its follow-on stock offering of 11,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at $ 48. per share. Intersil stock trades on The Nasdaq Stock Market’s National Market under the symbol "ISIL." Intersil priced its initial public offering of 23,000,000 shares on February 25, 2000.
Credit Suisse First Boston is the lead book-running manager for the offering, and Robertson Stephens, Chase H&Q, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch & Co., and SG Cowen the co-managers of the underwriting syndicate offering the shares to the public.
