Intersil Corporation to Open NASDAQ Stock Market on February 28
Ceremony to Mark Recent Company Milestones
Milpitas, CA, February 27, 2007 Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high performance analog solutions, today announced that Rich Beyer, Chief Executive Officer, will ring the opening bell on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. ET. He will be joined by Dave Zinsner, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Susan Hardman, Vice President and General Manager of Automotive and Specialty. This year marks Intersil Corporations 7th anniversary on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
The ceremony will begin at 9:20 a.m. with remarks from Beyer and a Senior Executive at NASDAQ, just prior to the official market opening at 9:30 a.m.
