Intersil Corporation to Announce Second Quarter 2005 Results on July 21

MILPITAS, CA, July 7, 2005 – Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high performance analog solutions, has scheduled a conference call to discuss the company's second quarter financial results on Thursday, July 21st at 4:45 p.m. Eastern/1:45 p.m. Pacific.
