Intersil Corporation to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2006 Financial Results on January 24, 2007

MILPITAS, CA, Jan. 10, 2007 – Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog solutions, will announce its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 financial results on Wednesday, January 24, 2007.
