Intersil Corporation to Announce Fourth Quarter 2004 Results on February 1

MILPITAS, CA, January 26, 2005 – Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high performance analog solutions, has scheduled a conference call to discuss the company's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 on Tuesday, February 1 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern/ 3:00 p.m. Pacific.
