Intersil Corporation to Announce First Quarter 2013 Results on April 24th

Milpitas, CA, April 10, 2013 - Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL) will announce its first quarter financial results on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 1:45 p.m. Pacific Time.  Necip Sayiner, Intersil's President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mercedes Johnson, Interim Chief Financial Officer, will provide details on the company's first quarter financial performance, as well as an outlook for the second quarter of 2013.
