Intersil Announces Power MOSFET CD-ROM

IRVINE, CA, JUNE 8, 2000 — Intersil (NASDAQ: ISIL), a leading provider of Power Management solutions that enable integrated communications devices, today released a Power CD-ROM that details the company’s line of Power metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs), insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and high speed rectifiers for industrial, automotive and computing applications.
