Intersil Announces Conference Call to Discuss Elantec Acquisition
Irvine, Calif., May 10, 2002 Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) will conduct a conference call with analysts and investors to discuss its acquisition of Elantec Semiconductor, Inc. on Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
