Executive Leaves Intersil to Pursue New Career Opportunity
MILPITAS, CA, March 13, 2006 Intersil Corporation, a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog solutions, today announced that Mohan Maheswaran, executive vice president and general manager of its Analog Signal Processing products group, will be leaving the company in order to pursue another career opportunity.
Rich Beyer, Intersils chief executive officer, stated, Mohan has been a great executive at Elantec and Intersil for more than five years and has played an important role in the evolution of Intersil to a high-performance analog company. During his tenure at Intersil, he has served in increasingly important roles and helped us transform the company. We thank Mohan for his many valuable contributions to the company and wish him well in his new endeavors.
In a transition implemented over the past month, Mr. Maheswaran's responsibilities have been assumed by several vice presidents/general managers reporting to Lou DiNardo, Intersil's president and chief operating officer. About Intersil
