Clifton Ho Joins Intersil as Vice President of Sales for the Asia Pacific Region
MILPITAS, CA, July 8, 2010 Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, today announced Clifton Ho has joined the company as the Vice President of Sales for the company's Asia Pacific Region, effective Monday, June 28, 2010. Mr. Ho will have responsibility for Intersil sales in China, Taiwan, Korea and South Asia, and will be working from the company's Hong Kong office.
Mr. Ho brings to Intersil extensive global experience in selling analog, mixed-signal and power management solutions. Most recently, Clifton was the General Manager of China Sales at National Semiconductor. Previous to his most recent stint at National, Clifton held a variety of sales, marketing and operations management roles at both QuickLogic Corporation and National Semiconductor.
"Clifton will be an extraordinary asset to the Intersil Asia Pacific team as we continue to provide our customers with analog and mixed-signal solutions for communications, computing, consumer and industrial applications," said Dave Bell, Intersil's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ho holds a BS in Electronics from Tufts University, Medford and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
