My job is to design the interface between a microelectronic chip and its working environment. I sometimes think it as building comfortable and affordable housing for microelectronic chips, so that they can sing and dance at the right pitch.
What’s the BEST part of working for Intersil?
Because of the large variety of Intersil products, I get to interact with projects from all aspects. Electrical design, mechanical reliability, optical performance, thermal management, material science, processing, production, - just to name a few.
