I am the technical recruiter for Intersil. My responsibilities are to fill all open positions from opening the requisition to closing on offers. In addition, I have to maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process throughout the hiring stage.

What’s the BEST part of working for Intersil?

The best part of working for Intersil is the culture. There is never a time at Intersil where I feel out of the loop or like I don’t belong here. Every employee’s attitude is very positive always leaving every interaction with an upbeat feeling.

What would be your one piece of advice for someone interested in your role?

I would suggest you at least take the time to listen and hear what Intersil has to offer. The mistake many people make is letting a potentially great opportunity pass them by.
