可编程逻辑控制器 – 模拟输出
这些系统的共同之处是它们都需要来自传感器的数据、对这些数据进行处理并为控制器件提供输出。其中涉及对模拟变量（如电压和电流）的精密测量和处理，这常常需要感测非常小的变化。工业控制系统中的输出信号通常由多通道通道输出组成，这可以是用于数据采集处理的模拟电压输出（3V、5V、10V、+/-5V、+/-12V、+/-15V）或电流[0 (4) mA – 20 (24) mA]输出。现如今模拟输出的分辨率通常是在12位-16位之间，并可在非常高密度的小型空间内在2-64个通道范围内变化。
