 Intersil’s
EL7554 is a highly integrated switching regulator.
Because the power FETs are integrated on the device,
this solution requires only ten (10) external
components. VIN can range from 3V to 6V. The
device can operate at up to a 100% duty cycle allowing VOUT
to range from 0.8V to nearly VIN. Maximum
output current for a solution using the EL7554 is 4
amps. This product allows for a very compact, and a 96%
efficient solution for either VDD or OVDD.

the following parts can be used in place of the EL7554:
