Core Voltage/Power
The core of the FPGA basically consists of logic modules or Versa
Tiles. It has demanding current requirements, depending on the
number of Actel VersaTiles used. See table below for designated
core voltage (VCC) required by the different Actel platforms.
| FPGA Family |
Fusion®
|
IGLOO®
|
ProASIC®
|
| Core Voltage |
3.3V |
1.2/1.5V |
1.2/1.5/2.5V |
|
I/O Voltage/Power
The choice of I/O voltage is flexible so that the logic designer
has the ability to choose appropriate I/O voltages
to satisfy the needs of the system design.
The I/O banks of FPGAs families are generally compatible
with multiple standards. Designated VCCI by Actel,
the supply voltage can either be 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V or
3.3V for one or more banks.
